We had the best holiday ever in a self catering cottage. The cottage was exactly as described and more. It was like a second home, very well equipped kitchen and lots of home comforts throughout. The garden as described was totally dog safe (unlike some others we have been to in the past through other holiday agents). Lots of little extras were left in the cottage. The setting was wonderful with beautiful views from every window and the owners were very welcoming and helpful along with the Hoeseasons staff on the phone. GREAT HOLIDAY HAD BY ALL. THANK YOU.

The old lyham cottage was in an idyllic location... peaceful. Sit in the summerhouse with a glass of your favourite tipple. Forget work, switch off your mobile phone and relax. If you feel like you want to travel around, why not visit Kelso! Or the coast! Better still have another glass! Who cares... have a lovely holiday - we did! Tony & Sarha.

An excellent, homely and comfortable cottage in a beautiful area. A very well equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, wonderful views from every window, a secure dog friendly garden, great walks and lots to see. In spite of dreadful weather we had a great holiday, as did our two dogs!

Immaculately clean, very well equipped, wonderful location and awesome views, very peaceful. Centrally located position for people who love enjoying walks, views, beaches and tourist spots.

Lovely cottage. Very homely. Beautiful scenery all around with a view from every window! Very well equipped, had everything we needed plus milk provided on arrival! The owner welcomed us, showing and explaining all the facilities. He also gave us lots of very useful information as to local eating amenities and places to visit, plus directions. We all, including our dog, really enjoyed the whole experience

Perfect country getaway, with views to die for, we never tire of the scenery or the cottage, as we have stayed here for the past 7 years, and intend to for the forseeable future!
